What the free plan does not include
The Free plan adds no Moonlings each month, and Moonlings are the credits the AI spends when it creates a design or writes a listing. So there are no Moonlings in the free plan to create with. To make real products, you need either a one-off top-up or a subscription. One product uses 800 Moonlings, according to the official site.
